Everything's quiet. Everything's peaceful. Life makes sense. An insight came to me, amidst the stillness (which is where great ideas are usually birthed): to have world peace, we need to find inner peace. It seems to me that all of the troubles of our world were started by people who were angry - and disconnected from the truth that we are all members of one tribe. We are all one. And to forget that is to forget your humanity - and who you truly are.By "being the change you want to see in the world" (thanks Mahatma Gandhi), we quickly and strikingly do our part to elevate a messy planet. By choosing inner peace in every moment, you do big work in getting us all to world peace. And that's what true leaders do.
